描述

Still organic rosé from Provence AOC, 13% ABV, produced by Chateau Revelette, 2024 vintage. A rosé born in the heart of Provence, 30 km north of Aix-en-Provence, in the municipality of Jouques. Sheltered by Mont Saint-Victoire, among thousands of hectares of forest, a building, cellars, vineyards... A winery with a single vocation: making real wine. Blend: 70% Grenache, 15% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Cinsault, Carignano, Trebbiano. Harvest is manual, bunch by bunch, with separate grape varieties. Only the juice obtained after 8 hours of maceration is used. Decanting, malolactic fermentation partially carried out.
