Classic method brut rosé sparkling wine from Burgundy, 11% ABV, 100% Pinot Noir. Produced by Chartron et Trebuchet in Puligny-Montrachet, 2022 vintage. A Crémant de Bourgogne made in the heart of Burgundy's Golden Triangle, following the classic method with a second fermentation in the bottle and aging for at least 18 months on the lees. Fine and persistent perlage. Notes of lemon zest, apple compote, and toasted bread. Straw yellow. Fresh, lively, satisfying on the palate, with perfect acidity.

Founded in 1984 in Puligny-Montrachet (Côte de Beaune), it is located in the heart of the Golden Triangle. of Burgundy (Puligny-Montrachet, Chassagne- Montrachet and Meursault). Maison Chartron and Trébuchet quickly specialised in the vinification, ageing and bottling of great wines. The vinification follows the classic method. The grapes are pressed immediately upon arrival in the cellar. Alcoholic fermentation is carried out in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks at 18°.
