Extra Brut Classic Method sparkling wine from Alta Langa DOCG, 12.5% ABV, produced by Cascina Chicco. Blend: 65% Pinot Noir, 35% Chardonnay, 2021 vintage. An Alta Langa Millesimato born from the passion of the Faccenda family, with select grapes and a long 36-month maturation on the lees at 12-13°C. Fine and persistent perlage. The nose is complex, with floral notes of white-fleshed fruit and citrus that anticipate a richly structured palate. On the palate, it is dry and supple, with a long citrus and mineral finish.

By caring for the land, the vines and people who grow them, we have minimised treatments and ensured quality and safety with constant controls and residue analyses. We have installed solar panels on the roof of the cellar with a total capacity of 40 kW.
