描述
Satrico still white wine, produced by Casale del Giglio, a Lazio winery founded in 1967. Vintage 2024, 0.75 L bottle, 13% ABV. A wine that expresses the excellence of Lazio, the result of a blend of Chardonnay, Sauvignon, and Trebbiano. The grapes are harvested at an early stage of ripeness to preserve their freshness and aromas. Fermentation, slow but continuous, takes place at a controlled temperature. The nose is remarkably intense and persistent, lightly aromatic, citrusy, and mineral. Straw yellow, very bright. The palate is dry, elegant, with a good balance between aroma and flavor, good minerality, savory, and a long finish.
