Profumo

香水

It explodes on the nose with a citrusy citron, verbena and dried bay leaves that combine with white, fresh almonds.

Colore

颜色

Straw yellow, as bright as the Greek sun.

Gusto

味道

In the mouth it is full, sinuous, welcoming and fresh, lively, young. The acidity closes the sip with elegance, leaving behind a marine trail that takes us back to Greece, where it started.

If there is one thing you never forget on a trip, it is your roots. And so we did: Simone and Serena. Simone for years touring the world, in America, Australia, New Zealand. Thousands of kilometres from home. Serena convinced to take other paths, other than wine, and instead rediscovering her enthusiasm for walking among the vineyards of Dolegnano, alongside her brother.

Waiting for us, a safe harbour: our parents Elodia and Giovanni, who have always made wine their most eagerly awaited journey. Bucovaz is a family winery that, just like a vine plant, finds its balance in the wisdom of its roots, firmly rooted in the ground, and in the strength of its tendrils, ready to climb upwards.

故事 It left in 1300 from the town of Monemvasia, in Greece, boarded Venetian ships returning from the Fourth Crusade to the Holy Land and travelled along the Ionian and Adriatic Seas to arrive in Veneto. There, it became known to the Venetians, who fell in love with this foreign grape that produced wonderfully elegant, sinuous and fresh wines.
