描述
Still Rosé from the Veneto DOC, 13% ABV, produced by Bosco del Merlo. Vintage 2023. A Pinot Grigio Rosé that captivates with its freshness and elegance. On the nose, in addition to the typical Williams pear aroma, notes of dried flowers and wild strawberries emerge. A deep coppery hue verging on pink. On the palate, it is dry and has excellent flavor for a truly enviable balance.

The Bosco del Merlo estate winery started up in 1977 in Annone Veneto, founded by siblings Carlo, Lucia and Roberto Paladin. Thanks to a profitable collaboration with the Istituto Sperimentale per la Viticoltura di Conegliano, a careful and modern zoning technique was immediately implemented in order to get the best out of the terroir, working the vineyard piece by piece. In the nineties, in the small town of Lison di Portogruaro, the cradle of viticulture in this wine-making region, a further 50 hectares of land was acquired, which therefore doubled capacity, increasing it to around 100 hectares in total.
Over the course of the years Bosco del Merlo has benefited from the advice of famous oenologists and experts from the Faculties of Oenology and Agriculture in Padua and Milan, such as Franco Bernabei and Leonardo Valenti, in its quest to find the most forward-thinking solutions for achieving optimal quality with the lowest environmental impact. 阅读更多

| 收获 | The grapes are selected from vineyards located in the most ventilated and sunny areas in order to obtain perfectly healthy and ripe berries. The harvest is parcelled out to achieve a perfect balance between acidity in the first selection and aromatic and sugary notes in the second. |
| 酿酒工艺 | The two lots are vinified separately, but processed using the same particular method: the cryomaceration process, which consists of a slow and delicate contact between skin and must at very low temperatures to allow a slight transfer of colour until the desired hue is achieved. The process continues with soft pressing and ends with the completion of fermentation. |
| 陈酿 | After maturing in stainless steel tanks for several months, the blend is created between these two fractions to enhance the organoleptic notes. |
