描述

To maintain constant quality and style, the blend comes from 5 to 10% reserve wines, which have gone through ??the first fermentation in oak casks, preserved by cru, grape variety and vintage, from 5 to 12 years in corked magnums. The Special Cuvee ages on the lees for at least 3 years before disgorging, and 'a much longer' period than that required by the rules of the the appelation,15 months. Stored in the cellar for at least 3 months prior to shipment.
