气候 The vines are 30 meters away from the sea. Scirocco, the south-east wind, spreads the ocenic Posidonia, a typical seaweed from the area, rhrough the field; Maestrale wind, its counterpart, takes it back to the shore.

酿酒工艺 Fermentation occurs in steel tanks where the wine goes though skin contact for one day.
