The Champagne Dosage Zéro signed by the Vincent Couche maison can be summed up in three words; freshness, fruit and complexity. These are in fact the main characteristics of this blend between pinot noir and chardonnay, grapes that are cultivated according to the principles of biodynamic farming certified in the vineyards of Montgueux and Buxeil. In the cellar, fermentation takes place spontaneously, and re-fermentation takes place in the bottle, as is the rule for the production of the champenoise method. The wine then remains on the lees for 8 years, and after disgorgement, no dosage liqueur is added. A French bubble that exudes craftsmanship in every sip, perfect for all Champagne enthusiasts eager to try an original product.

Vincent Couche is a young Vigneron of the Cote des Bar, 10 hectares of vineyards planted with Pinot Noir in 1973 in Buxeuil and 3 hectares of vines planted with Chardonnay in 1985 in Montgueux. Since 2008 he has been running the family Domaine with biodynamic practices (Demeter certified) for maximum respect of all forms of life in, on and under the soil.. The density of the vines, up to 10,000 vines per hectare increases competition between the vines, which, by reducing the production, ensures the bunches are fully ripe.
