Still white wine from Trentino-Alto Adige, 14.5% ABV, 100% Kerner, produced by Villscheider in Bressanone. 0.75 L bottle, 2021 vintage. A wine that speaks of the passion and dedication of a family that has cultivated vines with love and respect for nature for years. The Villscheider farm is located on a hill above the city of Bressanone, 700 meters above sea level. Fermentation in stainless steel and aging in stainless steel for 5 months. Hints of apricot, peach, and elderberry blend into an aromatic and inviting bouquet. The color ranges from light yellow to greenish. Mineral and aromatic, with a residual sugar that enhances its pleasantness.

Florian Hilpold has owned the farm since 1997 and runs it with his family. Initially among the agricultural activities, the prevailing one was the zootechnics, while the fruit-growing and the viticulture occupied respectively the second and the third place in order of importance.
Over the years, the fruit and vine-wine sectors have seen steady growth. The prospects for the marketing of farm products appeared propitious, so in 2004 the family decided to abandon cattle breeding and set up a country restaurant in the building that had previously housed the stable.
Today the orchards cover 8.5 hectares of land and the vineyards extend over 3 hectares. The farm now has everything needed for vinification on the spot, while the agritourism with the refreshment that is open in spring and autumn and an apartment is the third source of income for the family. 閱讀更多
