Tenute Orestiadi has an ancient name that evokes distant myths and legends which, precisely in the lands of the Belìce Valley, found life thanks to Aeschylus, who two thousand five hundred years ago wrote and staged the myth of Orestes and the Orestiadi. This is where the story of the Tenute Orestiadi starts, founded in 2008 in the heart of the Belìce Valley, in Gibellina, Sicily, where Mediterranean scents and colors intertwine with myth and art. 酿酒工艺 Harvesting of the Chardonnay and Viognier grapes took place in mid to late August, in the very early hours of the morning, so that the grapes arrived in the cellar intact and not stressed by the high temperatures of the day. The musts were subjected to cryo-maceration at 4 °C for four to six hours, after which the grapes were softly pressed and transferred to settling tanks, where clarification took place. In March, Chardonnay and Viognier were blended, when the Winemaker felt they were ready to unite and definitively create the Paxmentis Bianco blend.
