From the vision of Don Antonio Ulisse to the present day, the tenacious spirit of the company remains unchanged: a young winery that makes innovation its main driving force. Destemming, cold maceration for 12 hours, pressing in an inert environment. The fermentation is slow at a controlled temperature of 11°C in temperature-controlled and inert tanks. |
