描述

Produced for the first time with the 2008 harvest, it is the beginning of a new challenge, very demanding, to produce a classic Trentodoc sparkling wine based on Pinot Nero in the great French tradition.

Abate Nero, whose name evokes the figure of the French abbot considered to be the ‘father’ of Champagne, was born in the early 1970s from the commitment of a few friends, including Luciano Lunelli, all linked to the agronomic and wine sector, determined to develop more and more singular, good, prestigious ‘bubbles’.

Patience is at home here, the wine rests on the lees for frothing much longer than usual. Don't be surprised, therefore, if you find dates on the label that date back a few decades. Every stage is manual, for direct control of every single bottle: only in this way does Abate Nero achieve its charm.
