A wine which follows strict production criteria that result in low-production volumes. Comtes de Champagne Blanc de Blancs is made exclusively from Chardonnay grapes grown in the five villages of the Côte des Blancs, classified as Grands Crus: Avize, Chouilly, Cramant, Mesnilsur-Oger, and Oger.
