搭配

An ideal accompaniment for both sea and lake fish, with a preference for the great raw fish dishes, mullet Livornese style, sardines from Lake Garda and the refined and varied preparations in tempura. It is also a perfect wine to be enjoyed at the end of a meal with the Doppia Panna cheeses from the Venetian Prealps and the best selections of Pecorino Toscano. Finally, it is also recommended with risotto, leek cream, lime oil and green pepper.
