Still organic red from Burgundy, 13.5% ABV, produced by Hubert Lignier. 100% Pinot Noir, 2022 vintage. A wine that expresses the elegance and finesse of Burgundy Pinot Noir, with particular attention to sustainability and respect for the terroir. On the nose, aromas of ripe fruit anticipate an intense and satisfying palate. On the palate, the wine is minerally, with a lovely acidity, juicy, and a finish that invites a second sip.

The duet father and son Hubert and Laurent Lignier manage 9 hectares and make 24 wines (Bourgogne, village, premier and grand cru appellations). Our vineyards are ploughed sinced 1990s, excluding weedkiller and insecticides. Our “climates” and great terroirs’ soils are firmly respected in order to favour microorganism and therefore the essential balance for the vine’s growth.
