"Négociant of grapes" is Gaierhof’s philosophy since the establishment of the company. The Togn family has forged a privileged relationship with local winegrowers, who provide Gaierhof with the best grapes production after decades of a relationship based on mutual trust.

酿酒工艺 Soft pressing of the whole grapes is followed by cold static decantation of the musts, which are sent for fermentation in stainless steel at 16 degrees, with selected yeasts, for a duration of about 10 days.
