A tribute to the Marne Valley, this classic method enhances its freshness and minerality. Fruity aromas on the nose, accompanied by mineral notes that recall the complexity of the terroir. Straw yellow in color. On the palate, the wine is fresh, elegant, and structured, with a fine perlage that caresses the palate.
