土壤成分 A plateau of chestnut and red clays on asteria limestone with east-facing terraces and west-facing slopes of very chalky bluish clay.
收获 Manual harvest by parcel according to terroir and ripeness. The Merlot was harvested on 25, 26, 27, 29 and 30 September and then on 3 and 4 October. The Cabernet Franc on 4 October.
酿酒工艺 In small-capacity cement vats. Gentle extraction by a combination of cap punching and pumping. Protective macerations aimed at increasing pulpiness and salinity.
