描述
Sauvignon Cleia, a still white produced by Cantina Forlì Predappio, in Emilia-Romagna, 2023 vintage. A wine that embodies the essence of Sauvignon, with typical aromas of the variety, such as broom and tomato leaf, enhanced by notes of grapefruit and exotic fruit. The vineyards are located in areas characterized by marl stratifications with moderately clayey soils. The presence of limestone, due to the ancient formation of the Vena del Gesso, is also significant. Straw yellow with golden-green hues. Intense, very elegant, fresh and savory, yet warm and structured.

Hand in hand with the vital impetus that characterised Italy following the Second World War, the cooperative showed a strong desire for growth, including material growth, incorporating the "Cantina Sociale di Forlimpopoli" in 1989, the "Cantina Sociale di Predappio" in 2000 and the "Cooperativa Agricola la Bidentina" in 2007, extending its activities to the cereal sector; confirming its constant commitment to qualitative improvement and development, always in the name of environmental sustainability.
In order to meet the new production requirements, expansion and redevelopment of the cellar, the construction of modern plant engineering and technological innovation have been undertaken, for a total of approximately 60,000,000 litres of storage capacity.
Today, Cantina Forlì Predappio is a cooperative with 1712 members, and is one of the founding members of the Caviro group. 閱讀更多
