Still white wine from Piedmont, produced by Bottazzi Lorenzo. 100% Timorasso. 0.75L bottle, 2021 vintage. A wine born from the Bottazzi family's passion for the land and craftsmanship. The vineyards are located 300-330 meters above sea level. Typical notes and flavors, with savory, fresh, and mineral notes predominating. This wine is fermented with selected yeasts in our vineyards. It is then aged in steel tanks for eight months, during which batonnage is performed approximately every ten days. Finally, it is filtered and bottled.

In the year 1652, Monterosso was founded as a monastery of monks, a detachment of the Precipiano Abbey of Vignole Borbera, where only on the hilltops, given the optimal positions, viticulture was carried out. Today, the estate comprises around 150 hectares in a dominant position at the foot of the Apennines in lower Piedmont on the border with Liguria.

The vineyards are located 300-330 metres above sea level.

Today's winery has an artisanal approach where the family is directly involved in the entire production process.

Methodical rigour and the highest quality standards are applied at every stage of the creation process, from the coordination of production through processing to sales on domestic and international markets. 閱讀更多
