Still red Barbaresco DOCG, 15% ABV, produced by Albino Rocca, a historic Piedmontese winery. 100% Nebbiolo grape variety. 0.75 L bottle, 2020 vintage. A Barbaresco born from the passion of a family that has cultivated the vine with love and dedication for generations. Aged 100% in German and Austrian oak barrels (20 hl) for approximately 2 years. An intense and enveloping bouquet unfolds with delicate fruity notes of cherry, currant, and wild strawberry, giving way to darker sensations of dried flowers, humus, undergrowth, cinchona, and juniper, wrapped in mineral and balsamic echoes. Excellent structure on the palate, underpinned by explosive freshness and dense tannins. A long, concentrated finish with a distinct savory and mineral finish.

Thanks to the inheritance of some of our most precious vineyards in the 1960’s our grandfather was able to start what is now our winery Albino Rocca. Albino’s hard work and his strong support of our father Angelo Rocca laid the foundation that created a family winemaking tradition that has grown internationally over the years.
Our history has been built together, year by year.
