The 'Little Dream' revived the traditions and craftsmanship of past generations. The winery chose two indigenous varieties as historical varieties. The label expressed the elements dear to the agricultural world: the sun, water, grapes as the fruit of the earth and fish as a sign of religiosity. All this thinking and philosophy continued with Capo Martino to achieve a wine that always expresses elegance with body and complexity. |

Still white wine from Friuli-Venezia Giulia, produced by Jermann. Blend of Friulano/Sauvignon Vert, Picolit, and Ribolla Gialla. 0.75L bottle, 2022 vintage. A wine that tells the story of the Jermann family, which has been producing excellent wines since 1881. An intense and complex aroma with notes of ripe local and tropical fruit and dried flowers touched by a light veil of vanilla. Apple, banana, hazelnut, broom, and passionflower emerge. A beautiful, bright, sparkling golden yellow. Velvety on the palate. Perfectly balanced, delicately aromatic, and endlessly persistent.

1971-1973: Silvio Jermann, son to Angelo and Bruna and an enology graduate of both Conegliano and San Michele, revolutionizes the Jermann winery after a research sabbatical overseas, creating Vintage Tunina.
1975: Official release of Vintage Tunina, which fast achieves cult status and effectively launches Jermann's new course.
