Still white wine from Valle d'Aosta DOC, 12.5% ABV, produced by Grosjean. 100% Chardonnay, 0.75 L bottle, 2024 vintage. A Chardonnay that expresses the elegance and minerality of the Aosta Valley terroir, with careful vinification that enhances its freshness and complexity. Cultivation techniques are deeply rooted in respect for the environment, so since 1975 no insecticide or acaricide treatments have been used, and fertilization is strictly organic. Battonnage is performed twice a week in November and December. Varietal bouquet, intense and fruity. Straw yellow. Fresh and balanced.

Cultivation techniques are rooted in respect for the environment since 1975 so it is not handled insecticides and acaricides treatments are carried out rigorously and fertilizing with manure of organic origin.
