描述
Moscato d'Asti DOCG, 5.5% ABV, produced by Bel Colle. 100% Moscato Bianco. 0.75 L bottle, 2024 vintage. A Moscato d'Asti that celebrates the sweetness and freshness of Piedmont, a wine born from passion and care for the terroir. Produced in Verduno, on the Barolo hills. The grapes are harvested by hand into crates with the aid of carbonic snow, which helps keep temperatures under control and preserve the quality of the grapes. No herbicides or systemic treatments are used; soil management involves shredding and tilling, only organic fertilization in the fall, and a green manure of legumes.

We are in Verduno, on the hills of Barolo, a natural treasure nested between Alba and La Morra, a luminous amphitheatre where the King of wines "Barolo" finds some of its finest and most delicate expressions. In our vineyards we grow the great traditional grape varieties: Nebbiolo, Barbera, Dolcetto and Moscato. But we also give voice to rare and precious varieties, our pearls of Langa: Nascetta, Favorita and especially Pelaverga, of which we are the largest producers in Piedmont. In the winery we use passion and experience: our philosophy of winemaking is according to artisan tradition, without forcing. Our goal is to enhance the identity of the grape variety while indulging in our wines’ natural propensity for excellence.

| 收获 | August, manual harvesting in boxes with the aid of carbonic snow, which helps keep temperatures under control to preserve the quality of the grapes. |
| 生产工艺 | No herbicides, no systemic treatment, soil management with chopping and milling, only organic fertilisation in autumn and green manure with leguminous plants. Deliberately limited production, to concentrate in the few remaining bunches the great aromatic heritage that only Muscat can offer. |
| 酿酒工艺 | Vinification in the absence of oxygen to preserve the aromas; fermentation takes place at a temperature of 15 degrees for 10 days. The yeasts are indigenous to the countryside, the result of a pied de cuve prepared in advance from the vineyard's harvested and crushed bunches, for a wine intimately linked to its terroir. |
