This wine is only from a 30-year-old pergola that, in the best years, the grapes are drawn from during the harvest to create the Chardonnay base for the Riserva Balter. The Pinot Noir combined in the first vinification phase gives complexity that allows great expressiveness at the end of the long maturation on the lees.
