Still white Sicilia DOC, 12.5% ABV, produced by Orestiadi. Blend: 100% Catarratto Bianco Comune. 0.75 L bottle, 2024 vintage. A wine that celebrates the history and culture of the Belice Valley in Sicily. Tenute Orestiadi was founded in 2008 in the heart of the Belice Valley, in Gibellina, Sicily, where Mediterranean scents and colors intertwine with myth and art. Transforming the arduous recovery after a historically and economically complex period, the 1968 earthquake, into energy, the entire area has become a cultural hub and a hub of dialogue for the Mediterranean area. Aged for 3 months in stainless steel and at least 4 months in bottle. Bright yellow with greenish reflections. Mediterranean character with a refined bouquet of white-fleshed fruit, peach, almond, and orange blossom. Fresh, elegant, savory, and harmonious. Excellent balance. Ideal with fish and seafood dishes, but also as an aperitif.
