A wine made in Summonte, in the heart of the Partenio Park, where the soil and climate are ideal for growing Fiano. The name Fiano derives from the fruit's distinctive aroma and sweetness, which attracts bees. Fruity aromas on the nose, accompanied by notes of exotic fruit, herald a fresh and rich palate.

Guido Marsella was born in 1995 in Summonte (AV), which lies in the Partenio park, about 800 metres above sea level. Summonte, thanks to its high altitude, geographical position and morphology, enjoys ideal pedoclimatic conditions for crops such as hazelnut, chestnut, olive and vine

This ancient grape variety owes its origins to the Greeks, who imported the 'vitis Apicia' variety into the Campania region and it seems that the first vines were planted in Lapio. The name Apicia is said to derive from the typical fragrance and sweetness of the fruit, which attracts swarms of bees to the vines, and was later changed to Apinia, then Afia, to arrive at the definitive Fiano

The company points out that for Fiano di Avellino DOCG it only uses grapes from its own vineyards, located in Summonte, in the 'Campo di Maio' locality, obtaining a 100% pure wine. 閱讀更多
