产地 On the Dolcetto di Dogliani hill in the commune of Cigliè (Alta Langa)
气候 Exposure: south-east. Altitude: 500 - 550 m a.s.l.
土壤成分 The soil in this area is calcareous, as in Serralunga, but in addition it has a stony substratum (langa stone) that helps the vine develop its characteristic minerality. The altitude and cooler climate also mean that the aromas are more complex.

收获 Harvesting takes place towards the beginning of October.
酿酒工艺 Fermentation takes place in steel vats at 16 °C for 40 days and is then refrigerated to prevent malolactic fermentation. The residual sugars are 5-6 grams per litre, as fermenting at low temperature the yeasts get stuck at this point; the slight residue helps the aromatic expression of the Riesling.
陈酿 It is then left on the lees for 6 months, without bâtonnages and bottled in May.
