Clos de Chevigne was founded in 1990, at the foot of the Roche de Solutré, in the south of Burgundy, in the commune of Prissé.

酿酒工艺 Traditional vinification: Direct pressing on receipt of the grapes in a pneumatic press, decanting, cold storage for 48 hours. Fermentation in vats at a low temperature (16-20 °C) to preserve the aromas.
