The nose is relatively discreet at first, with notes of beautifully ripe yellow fruit. Swirling in the glass goes on to reveal a complex aromatic palette of white and yellow fruit (grapefruit, vineyard peach, apricot, citron),white flowers (lime blossom), spices (fresh ginger) and smoky nuances.

Situato nel cuore della denominazione di Pessac-Léognan, il castello Smith Haut Lafite è una classe cruciale di Graves, soprannominato "il più Graves dei Graves" per Bernard Ginestet, perché ha una quantità importantissima di tombe nel suolo. I 67 ettari ben situati in alto della denominazione hanno elaborato i vini bianchi e rossi di notorietà internazionale indiscutibile.
