| 酿酒工艺 | After the grapes have been harvested, which is done strictly by hand, the bunches are transported to the cellar where they are checked on a sorting table to remove any parts that are not deemed suitable for the high quality to be achieved. A machine then separates the berries from the stalks, which fall onto a further sorting table. The grapes, thus selected, go by gravity into the vats where the vinification process takes place. |
