Still white wine from Burgundy, 12.5% ABV, produced by Domaine Buisson-Charles. 100% Aligoté. 0.75L bottle, 2022 vintage. A "Hors Classe" Aligoté that reflects the passion and expertise of a family that has cultivated the Meursault vineyards for generations. Floral aromas on the nose pave the way for a fresh, pleasant, and intense palate.

The company cultivates Meursault and Meursault Premiers Crus on soils with very different climates, which allows to produce a complex mixture of cuvée, "vieilles-vignes" of Meursault and to isolate particular vintages such as Tessons in a village and Charmes, Cras, Bouches-Chères and Goutte d'Or in premiers crus. The very old vines - aged between 30 and 90 years - are naturally not very productive and allow to obtain, after the vinification and refinement, very concentrated wines destined to a long aging.
