托雷文托（Torrevento）的历史始于 1948 年，当时 Liantonio 家族购买了位于穆尔西亚西北部最荒凉地区托雷德尔文托（Torre del Vento）地区的前本笃会修道院，后来将其改建为酒庄。57 公顷的葡萄园位于 Castel del Monte 的山脚下，也就是今天酒庄主要核心所在的位置。 在这片土地上只种植本土葡萄树，遵循可持续农业的要求；在酒庄，葡萄园的工作得到了尊重，避免了过长的浸渍期和过量使用木材。自 1989 年起，弗朗切斯科-利安托尼奥开始掌舵酒庄，并采取了许多干预措施：扩大葡萄园面积、投资技术和创新，以及启动质量认证程序。该酒庄拥有 500 公顷葡萄园和 2,600,000 瓶葡萄酒，但仍能不断创新，生产出数量多、质量好的葡萄酒。
