Still rosé from Abruzzo, 13% ABV, produced by Tenuta Ulisse. 0.75 L bottle, 2024 vintage. A Merlot that celebrates the freshness and vivacity of the Abruzzo grape. Intense and elegant aromas of red fruit, such as blueberry and raspberry, blend with delicate floral notes of rose. On the palate, it stands out for its good acidity and the notes already perceived on the nose. The finish is remarkably persistent and pleasant, a rosé that captivates with every sip.

Destemming, cold maceration for 12 hours, pressing in an inert environment. The fermentation is slow at a controlled temperature of 11°C in temperature-controlled and inert tanks. |
