Sparkling wine, produced according to the "Traditional Method" with Cortese grapes suitable for Gavi D.O.C.G., thanks to a slow fermentation on the lees followed by more than 24 months in the bottle. With delicate hints of yeast and bread crust, which fade in honey and spices.
