Classic method sparkling wine without dosage from Friuli-Venezia Giulia, 12.5% ABV, produced by San Simone. 100% Chardonnay, 2020 vintage. A Blanc de Blancs Riserva born from the passion of a family that has been producing wine in Friuli for over a hundred years. Secondary fermentation in the bottle and maturation on the lees for 36 months at a constant temperature of 12-13°C. Remuage and disgorgement in January without the addition of liqueur or dosage syrup. After disgorgement, the bottles rest for another three months before being released for consumption. Notes of white flowers and hazelnuts blend beautifully with hints of apple and banana. Intense straw yellow. Creamy, with a pleasant liveliness and a hint of acidity. With good persistence, savory flavors and fresh nuances of dried fruit stand out.

Later on handed over to our parents, Gino and Liviana convinced that to grow and improve we must always be open to change, which gave birth to a new production project: San Simone. An adventure that started from the historical Brisotto cellars, in Prata and later shifted to the new premises in Porcia, where the company accelerated its pace on the road to quality. This project aims to handle with care even a minimum detail, from the vineyard to the bottle.

| 酿酒工艺 | Made from Chardonnay grapes from two vineyards, hand-picked and selected, vinified and matured in steel. Soft and slow pressing of the grapes so as to extract only the first-pressing must. Maturation on the fermentation lees until drawing, in May. The wine obtained from the two different vineyards is blended into a cuvée only shortly before bottling for prise de mousse. |
