描述
Faro DOC still red, 14% ABV, produced by Palari. Blend: Nerello Cappuccio, Nerello Mascalese, Nero d'Avola, Nocera. 0.75 L bottle, 2014 vintage. A wine that tells the thousand-year history of Faro, produced on the hills of Messina, where viticulture has ancient roots. Since 1990, Palari, with Donato Lanati, has been able to best interpret this unique terroir. The vines, planted bush-trained, enjoy an exceptional microclimate. Ample and intense, with notes of jasmine, cardamom, and ripe red fruits on a spicy background combined with vanilla and fine wood. Ruby red in color with garnet highlights, tending toward brick red over time. Dry, velvety, and enveloping, the sweetness of the tannins is evident, along with long, persistent sensations.

| 产地 | In the Palari district, in S. Stefano Briga di Messina, extend our vineyards, planted with indigenous grapes with names as ancient as they are fascinating for what they evoke. |
| 气候 | The microclimate is truly unique, as in less than 5 km the altitude goes from 0 to 420 m above sea level. This climate and the strict selection of grapes allow us to obtain less than 1 Kg of one per plant. The vineyards face south-east. |
