The Laimburg Winery is part of the Laimburg Research Centre. It processes grapes from 20 hectares of vineyards from all South Tyrolean wine-growing areas with a wide variety of soils and locations between 200-750 m. As a model winery in viticulture and cellar management, the priority is to bring the special character of the South Tyrolean grape varieties and their locations into the glass and to combine it with the best traditions of a long winegrowing culture in the Dolomites region. 阅读更多
