Non-alcoholic sparkling rosé from Rheingau, Germany, produced by Bibo Runge. 0.75L bottle. A non-alcoholic alternative that doesn't sacrifice the pleasure of bubbles and the charm of rosé. The alcohol was extracted under low pressure (vacuum), and a touch of an excellent red wine was then added for the sparkling rosé. On the palate, the wine is pleasant, perfectly balanced, with a freshness that invites a light and refined toast.

Hellgarten, a small German village in the Rheingau area, is where the wines of the Bibo Runge winery are born. The company was founded in 2013 by Walter Bibo and Markus Bonsels, both of whom had a great passion for wine, with important experiences gained in other wineries in the area.

The Rheingau is characterized by the Rhine river which, in addition to designing the beautiful scenery, contributes to the uniqueness of the particular microclimate, thus influencing the ripening of the grapes. The philosophy of Bibo Runge is centered on a fundamental principle: patience. To achieve the highest possible quality, long macerations are carried out on the skins, followed by prolonged fermentation and aging in wood.

Riesling, the only variety cultivated by the company, is thus enhanced in different versions starting from the "trocken", the one with the least residual sugar, to the persuasive Rheingau Riesling Spätlese QbA "Winkeler Hasensprung", from grapes harvested late. Bibo Runge also produces a classic method sparkling wine from Riesling grapes, with a maturation on yeasts of 18 months.

The wines mature within ancient cellars located in the heart of Hellgarten, a town that boasts over 900 of wine history. Bibo Runge is synonymous with wines with a strong character, capable of reflecting in the glass all the complexity of the grapes and the greatness of a territory unique in the world. 阅读更多
