Brut classic method sparkling wine from Trentino-Alto Adige, 12.5% ABV, produced by Altemasi (Cavit). 100% Pinot Noir, 2020 vintage. A Blanc de Noirs that celebrates the excellence of the Trentino Classic Method, with a production that enhances the finesse and elegance of mountain bubbles. Persistent foam with a fine, continuous perlage. Complex, intense aroma. Fruity notes of peach blend with sweet hints of almond and white chocolate. Straw yellow in color with golden highlights. Enveloping on the palate, remarkably balanced and persistent, it closes with an aftertaste of candied citrus peel and redcurrant.
