Extra brut classic method champagne, produced by Agrapart, in the heart of the Côtes des Blancs. 1.5L magnum format, 2018 vintage. A Blanc de Blancs that embodies the excellence of Champagne, with Chardonnay grapes from Grand Cru vineyards. The Agrapart estate is located in Avize and its vineyards, totaling 9.75 hectares, are primarily in Oger, Cramant, Oiry, and Avize (all Grand Crus of the Côte des Blancs). This geographical location, in the heart of Champagne and in villages classified as "Grand Crus", is exceptional. The chalky soil, specific to the Côte des Blancs, creates ideal conditions for the Chardonnay vineyard and brings freshness and elegance to the wine. Made up of 62 plots (some over 60 years old), the average age of Agrapart's vines is approximately 35 years. Fine perlage. Fruity aromas on the nose, accompanied by notes of bread crust. Straw yellow in color with golden highlights. On the palate, the wine is fresh and has a good length. A unique sensory experience, ideal as an aperitif or paired with delicate fish dishes.
