Founded in 1987, Domaine Dauvissat is located in Beine, near Chablis. All our vineyard plots have been planted by our family with Chardonnay grapes, on soils composed of clay-limestone marl and small fossilized oysters (Kimmeridgian). These unique features, combined with optimal sun exposure, give Chablis wines their distinctive and refined aromas, a true expression of the terroir.
