Domaine Vincent Dancer is headquartered in Chassagne-Montrachet, Côte de Beaune, home of the best Chardonnay wines in the world. The 5 hectares of vineyards are located between Chassagne Montrachet, Puligny Montrachet, Meursault, Pommard and Beaune.
In 1996, the year after the Domaine was founded, the bottles produced were 4000, today the production is over 20,000 units a year. For over 10 years the land has been worked without herbicides and currently in the vineyard organic farming is practiced.
In the cellar the wines are aged for 12 to 18 months, without any other oenological or artifice contribution; bottling occurs by gravity without filtration. 閱讀更多
