Still red wine from Piedmont, 12.5% ABV, produced by Vietti. 0.75 L bottle, 2024 vintage. A Dolcetto d'Alba that embodies the Piedmontese winemaking tradition, with grapes sourced from vineyards in the Langhe. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel for approximately a week, with several délestages to extract color and numerous daily pumpings over. Malolactic fermentation is carried out in stainless steel. Aged exclusively in stainless steel tanks. Aromas of blackberry, raspberry, mineral notes, and blueberry blend into an inviting bouquet. Purple-red color with light violet hues. Medium body, soft tannins, moderate acidity, and good balance.
