描述

This vintage champagne is made exclusively from Chardonnay grapes from Villers-Marmery. Only the best grapes from a single year and from our oldest vines (45 years old) are used to make our elegant Coup de foudre, which is vinified in large barrels with no malolactic fermentation.

It all began with Socrates Malot, the founder of Sadi Champagne. As a tribute to his brother Sadi, so called because he was born on the day Sadi Carnot (French president from 1887 to 1894) was assassinated and died during the First World War, he gave his company and his son this historically significant name.
