This wine is made from a small Chardonnay plot, blending two vintages, 2019 and 2020, to combine complexity and freshness. After a long cellar aging, the wine spends a short time on the lees before the second fermentation. Fruity aromas on the nose, accompanied by notes of tropical fruit, pave the way for a full, smooth, and mineral palate. A fine perlage and a straw yellow color with golden highlights complete the experience.
