A Blanc de Noirs that embodies a family's passion for vines and wine, with production handed down for three generations. Malt fermentation in stainless steel vats (93%) and oak barrels (7%). The nose is intense, accompanied by notes of red fruit such as ripe strawberries. A bright, pale gold color with gold-pink highlights. On the palate, the wine is very balanced, fresh, and indulgent.
