Beginning with its founding, as far back as 1898, Cantina di Soave has followed a growth plan that has made it one of the leading and most prestigious wine producers on the Italian and international wine stage. 酿酒工艺 The whole clusters, all from the same vintage year, are pressed very gently, and only the first must is employed. When the initial fermentation is complete, a liqueur e tirage is added, and the wine is bottled in the classic dark-green champagne-style bottles. For the tirage, the bottles of Equipe5 are stacked horizontally in the underground cellars of Borgo Rocca Sveva, where the wine undergoes a slow secondary fermentation.
