One of the most interesting Franciacorta producers of recent years, Camossi offers sparkling wines of great cleanliness and pleasant freshness, ranging from the most immediate products to the vintage wines and reserves. Claudio and Dario Camossi cultivate about 24 hectares of vineyards between Erbusco, Paratico and Provaglio d'Iseo: in these 3 areas, the Chardonnay and Pinot Noir vineyards have different characteristics, ideal for creating balanced and expressive cuvées. Extreme rigour in the vineyard as well as in the cellar, where the "Solo Uva" method is followed, which foresees during all the vinification phases the exclusive use of sugars coming from the bunches, to guarantee a final product that is a vivid expression of the initial fruit. 閱讀更多
